About the service

Special Moment is an internal system for managing vending machines, restaurants and purchasing. The company WhatsApp number is used only by the company's own staff: ordering goods, approving restaurant requests and recording purchase invoices.

Data we use

• The employee's name and the mobile number on their account, to identify who is writing.
• Messages, choices and invoice photos the employee sends to the company number.
• The resulting records in the system (requests, approvals, invoices).

How we use it

• Only to run the company's internal operations.
• We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.
• It is stored in Google Firebase; messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta) and Cloudflare for delivery.

Deletion and contact

Employees can ask the company's management to delete their number or data, and it is removed from the system. When an employee's account is disabled, their messages are no longer accepted.
